Do you need to remove the intake manifold when drilling and tapping?

Glowshift highly recommends the removal of the vehicle's intake manifold when drilling and tapping. By removing the intake manifold, this will prevent any metal shavings from entering the vehicle’s engine

My boost gauge did not come with fittings or a line

If your gauge did not come with any fittings but came with a sensor, this means the boost gauge purchased is an Electronic gauge. Installing the sensor can be done the same way as the line and fittings, using a Boost bolt or directly to intake.
