Unfortunately, Manual transmission are sealed units and do not have “Test ports” like an automatic transmission. Manual transmission only holds enough fluid to cover all the synchro since in movement. Due to this, a sensor cannot be installed in the transmission.
Can I install my transmission temp sensor in a Manual Transmission on a 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram?
