What is the difference between the Fuel Rail Pressure Gauge and the Fuel Pressure Gauge?

Fuel Rail Pressure is meant for a common rail system which reads from 0-30,000 PSI. A Fuel Pressure is meant for a standard low-pressure fuel system from lift pump which on this application it reads about 4 PSI.
