Can I pick up my order from your location?

Yes! However, we have a few rules. You are able to pick up prepaid orders from our West Berlin location. We do not currently have a showroom, and our system is set up for Credit Card purchases only. Please give us a call to place your order with one of our Support Representatives, pay with Credit Card in advance, and our team will have your order ready to go by the time you arrive. Upon arrival, please use the side parking lot for easy access to our side door. Orders can not be picked up at the front door. Make sure to bring your ID along with your credit card so we can verify the purchase. Pick-up hours are Tuesday-Friday between 9 AM - 11 AM & 1 PM - 4PM. We look forward to seeing you!
