What adapters do I need to install a Fuel Pressure Gauge in my Ford Super Duty Powerstroke?

We offer Pressure adapters and T-fitting adapters to assist in an easier installation based on your year and engine size.

Pressure adapters

7.3L Pressure Adapter, GS-FA_PS-7.3-  Designed for the 1999-2002 7.3L to replace the pressure port fitting on the filter housing to easily install a ⅛ - 27 NPT pressure sensor. Thread size is 7/16” - 20.

6.0L Pressure Adapter, GS-FA_PS-6.0-Fuel-PSI- Designed for the 2003-2007 6.0L to replace the pressure port fitting on the filter housing to easily install a ⅛ - 27 NPT pressure sensor. Thread size is M12 x 1.5.

Barbed T-Fitting Adapter-

⅜” Barbed T- Fitting Adapter, GS-FA-FLA-38 - Allows you to install a ⅛ - 27 NPT sensor into a ⅜” rubber fuel line to obtain a pressure reading.

½” Barbed T-Fitting Adapter, GS-FA-FLA-12 - Allows you to install a ⅛ - 27 NPT sensor into a ½” rubber fuel line to obtain a pressure reading

Fuel Pressure Big Line Kit-

2011-2016 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Big Line Kit, GS-BL-Ford-1015-67 -  This big line kit replaces the hard fuel line between the secondary fuel filter and the vapor control valve (VCV), allowing you to install a fuel pressure sensor in-line to the source.
