Am I responsible for shipping when I need to set up a warranty claim?

When sending an item back for a warranty claim or testing, Glowshift will cover all defective shipping charges to and from within 30 days of the delivery date as long as you are located in the contiguous United States.  After 30 days, you are responsible for sending the defective product back to us, and Glowshift will pay the return shipping cost within the contiguous United States.  If the product does not test defective, you are then responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are located outside of the contiguous United States, you are responsible for all shipping charges. 

Please make sure to insure packages being sent back as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us.
