If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incomplete address, you will be responsible for all reshipping costs. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus all shipping charges.

For international orders, any refund will be issued less all shipping costs and any incurred brokerage fees.
