GlowShift offers four different Transmission Test Port Extenders, each featuring a 1/8"-27 NPT female thread for installing a compatible temperature sensor. The male thread size varies depending on the specific extender, so compatibility will depend on your vehicle’s transmission test port.

The 1/16"-27 NPT Universal Transmission Test Port Extender features a 1/16"-27 NPT male thread and 1/8"-27 NPT female thread. It is compatible with:

• 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 — 3.7L & 4.7L

• 2003–2011 Dodge Ram — 3.7L, 4.7L & 5.7L Hemi

• 2005–2011 Dodge Ram Power Wagon

• Any transmission test port with a 1/16"-27 NPT thread

For other applications, we recommend measuring the thread size and depth of your transmission test port to determine which extender is correct. Extending the test port can also help protect the temperature sensor from contact with internal transmission components.
