Does the gauge include everything needed for installation?Updated 19 days ago

When purchasing a gauge, it will include the components required for its basic operation. Most gauges include a ⅛ NPT sensor, with the following exceptions:

• Mechanical Turbo Boost Gauges: May include a ⅛ NPT hose or ⅛ NPT sensor.

• Narrowband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauges: Include wires only and connect to the vehicle's existing single-wire narrowband O2 sensor. A compatible Narrowband Air/Fuel Ratio Oxygen Sensor is also available separately.

• 7-Color Series Single Analog Air Pressure & Tinted Series Gauges: Include a ⅛ NPT air-line fitting on the back of the gauge and power wires only. These are mechanical gauges, so the required airline and fittings are not included.

• Dual Intake Temperature Gauges: Include two ⅜ NPT sensors.

• Speedometers: Do not include sensors because they utilize the vehicle's factory speed signal. Speedometer adapters and accessories are available for select applications.

• HPOP and Fuel Rail Pressure Gauges: Do not include sensors because they utilize the vehicle's factory sensors. However, compatible wiring harnesses are available for select applications:

  • 2013–2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Fuel Rail Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness

  • 2003–2012 Dodge Ram 5.9L/6.7L Cummins Fuel Rail Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness

  • High-Pressure Oil Pressure (HPOP) Gauge Wiring Harness

• Tachometer Gauges: Do not require a sensor and connect to the negative side of the coil on a single-coil ignition system. For applications requiring a signal filter, GlowShift offers both an HEI Tachometer Signal Filter and a Tachometer Signal Filter.

Before installation, determine where and how the sensor will be installed. Each gauge includes installation instructions. You will also need to ensure your vehicle can accommodate the required ⅛ NPT sensor or fitting and verify the thread size before installation.
